Due to the nature of this product, we can not accept returns. All sales are final.
We do our best to package and ship our products to the highest standards. The full mushrooms are very dry and may break if the parcel is handled violently. If you believe your product has been broken via the mail delivery process, please take pictures immediately and contact us.
